Walking into your first wax appointment, you may be feeling nervous, embarrassed, or unsure what to expect. That’s how I felt walking into mine. I went in clueless, and honestly, I left just as confused lol! Nothing was explained, and I didn’t understand aftercare or why I needed it.

I want to help ease your mind before coming to your appointment, so let me tell you what it will be like in my treatment room.

After you get settled in, I will ask you a few questions so I can understand your skin. I may ask questions like how often do you shave? Have you ever noticed ingrown hairs? Have you ever had a reaction from shaving? We also go over allergies, medications your taking, products being used, and recent skin treatments that may affect your wax.

Answering these questions helps me understand your skin and if we can safely move forward with your service.

After your consultation, I will show you where you can change privately. For your Brazilian, you’ll remove your clothing from the waist down and put on the robe provided. I’ll explain how to get settled on the treatment table and keep you covered as much as possible throughout your service to ensure your comfortable.

Before we start, I will check the wax temperature. I’ll explain each step, guide you through positioning, and check in with you as we go. I won’t tell you it’s painless because everyone pain tolerance is different. If you need a moment or a break, please let me know! You dont have be shy or quiet and push through.

After your wax, I will explain your aftercare and how to use any recommended products properly. I always end every service by asking if you have any questions, and I mean itask me ANYTHING pertaining to your wax. No question is a silly or dumb question.
