Frequently asked questions
Is the class commission the same as the booking commission?
No. Appointments pay 0% on your own link and repeat bookings, and 15% once on a new client's first discovery booking. Paid classes are a separate, flat 20% of the class price on every sale, live or recorded.
Does the class commission apply to my appointment bookings?
No. It applies only to class sales. Your appointments follow the booking commission rules.
Who pays card processing fees?
The client pays them at checkout, so they are not deducted from what you earn.
How is a link booking different from a discovery booking?
A booking that comes through your own Primzy link has no commission. The one-time 15% applies only when a brand-new client finds you through Primzy discovery, on their first booking.
