What are Beauty Boards?

Beauty Boards are curated collections where professionals showcase their best work organized by themes like "Festival Nails" or "Bridal Hair." Browse looks you love and book directly with the professional who created them.

How does the cancellation policy work?

You can cancel within 15 minutes of the pro confirming your booking for a full deposit refund (grace period), or cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment for a full deposit refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment (after the grace period) or do not show up, your deposit will be kept by the professional. When a professional cancels, your deposit is always fully protected and refunded. Primzy absorbs all processing fees for 100% refunds.

How do deposits and payments work?

A 30% deposit is captured when the professional confirms your booking to secure your appointment time. The remaining 70% is charged after your service is completed. Once you pay the remaining balance, your professional receives their payout automatically. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Can I tip my professional?

Yes! You can add a tip during checkout or after service completion. Primzy takes no commission on tips, and they are processed securely through the platform.

How do QR codes work for payment and reviews?

After your service, your professional can display a QR code on their device. Scan it with your phone camera to instantly open the checkout page and pay the remaining balance. Once payment is complete, you can also scan a QR code your pro provides to leave a review—no need to hunt for the booking in the app.
