Beauty Passport

Building Your Beauty Passport

Your beauty history and preferences, written once and shared with every pro you book.

  1. Open your Beauty Passport

Your Beauty Passport is a free-form profile — allergies, hair and skin history, style preferences — that stays private until you turn on sharing. When you do, a pro can see it only while they have an upcoming booking with you. Primzy’s AI matching reads it only when you ask it to.

  2. Click “Add First Section” to get started

This is what you see before you’ve added anything — a section can be as short as a sentence or as long as you want.

  3. Give it a title and write what’s true for you

Titles like "My Skin Story" or "Hair Goals" are just suggestions — write about whatever a pro would actually want to know before you sit down.

  4. Add as many sections as you need

Up to 20 — allergies, color history, products to avoid, your ideal appointment vibe. The more detail you add, the better a pro (or an AI match) can prepare.

  5. Add a photo or two

Up to 10 private photos — inspiration, or where your hair or skin is starting from. Only a pro you’ve booked with can see them.

  6. Click “Save Changes” when you’re done

Your passport only updates once you save — and pros only ever see the saved version, never a draft in progress.
