Cancelling Your Subscription

What happens to your listing and bookings when you cancel.

1. Open your dashboard

   Your subscription lives in your Pro Dashboard, under Settings.

2. Open Settings, then Subscriptions & Stripe

   Click Settings in the sidebar — it opens a submenu. Subscriptions & Stripe is where your plan, billing, and cancel option live.

3. Click “Cancel Base Subscription”

   This button sits at the bottom of the page. Its label mentions an upcoming yearly switch too, if you have one scheduled — cancelling removes that along with the subscription.

4. Confirm — you keep access until the period ends

   You retain access through the end of your current billing period; your profile stops accepting new bookings once it ends. Click Yes, Cancel Subscription to go through with it, or Keep Subscription to back out.
