Emailing Your Clients

Send an email to clients that you choose.

  1. Open your dashboard

Marketing tools live in your Pro Dashboard alongside your bookings and clients.

  2. Open Marketing, then Email Clients

Click Marketing in the sidebar — it opens a submenu grouped by goal. Email Clients sits under “Fill my calendar,” alongside Flash Sales, Last-Minute Bookings, and Texting Features.

  3. Your monthly allowance: 1,000 emails

Email is free: you can email up to 1,000 clients a month, counted per email sent, so sending to 300 clients uses 300. The count resets on the 1st of every month. This card at the top of the page always shows what’s left. Clients who get skipped (see Review and send) and test emails you send to yourself don’t use any of it.

  4. Choose who to email

Every client with an email address shows here. Filter by tag to pick a whole group at once. Clients who have unsubscribed — from you, or from all stylist marketing emails — are greyed out and can’t be selected.

  5. Write your email

Click "Write Email" and add a subject and message. “Insert client name” and “Insert business name” will fill in each client’s first name and your business name. Add a photo (JPEG, PNG, or WebP, up to 5 MB) and a Book Now button if you wish to. The button will only link to your Primzy profile, and you can’t add your own links or HTML in the email. There are character limits: Subjects can run 120 characters, the headline 150, the message 5,000, and the button label 40. Use the AI button to have it draft the email for you in your own voice.

  6. Preview it and send yourself a test

The preview on the right is exactly what clients will get with their first name filled in. Click "Send a Test Email to Myself" to see it in your own inbox first. Test emails are free and don’t count towards your limit.

  7. Unsubscribes and your sender name

Emails arrive from “Your Business via Primzy,” and the footer explains why the client is getting it and includes Primzy’s mailing address — so you never publish your own. Every email carries two unsubscribe choices: stop emails from you only, or from all stylists. Primzy honors both immediately, they’re permanent, and a client who unsubscribes from you can’t be emailed by you again.

  8. Review and send

The confirm step shows how many emails you have left this month and what you’ll have after sending. One client can get at most 4 marketing emails from you in any 30-day stretch. It’s a rolling window, not a calendar month.

  9. If you’re over your allowance

If you picked more clients than you have emails remaining, Send is disabled and nothing goes out — it never sends to just some of them. Deselect a few clients, or wait until the 1st when your allowance resets.

  10. Spam reports can pause your sending

Every stylist sends from Primzy’s shared email address, so one pro’s spam reports can hurt everyone’s delivery. If 3 of your emails are marked as spam within 30 days, Primzy pauses sending on your account and shows this notice at the top of Email Clients. Contact support to get it reviewed.
