Joining the Waitlist
If your booking gets cancelled for a scheduling conflict, join the waitlist to grab the slot back if it opens up.

Open your bookings
If a pro has to cancel your confirmed booking due to a scheduling conflict, you’ll see a waitlist prompt here.

Click “Join Waitlist”
This only appears after a cancellation caused by a conflict — not something you can trigger by browsing.

You’ll see your spot in line
This card stays on your Bookings page while you wait — “Leave” removes you from the line if you change your mind.

When a slot opens up, click the card
This replaces the waiting card the moment the slot is offered to you — you have a limited window to claim it.

Click “Confirm Booking” to claim it
Confirming authorizes the usual 30% deposit and locks in the slot — exactly like booking normally.
