Reading Reviews on a Profile
What the ratings breakdown means, and how to read individual reviews before you book.

Open a pro’s profile
Reviews live on each pro’s profile page. Find a pro on Browse Services, then scroll to their Reviews card.

Click “See All Reviews”
This shows the pro’s overall rating and total review count — click through to see individual reviews.

Read the individual reviews
Each review breaks its rating into quality, cleanliness, timeliness, and communication, so a pro who’s great on quality but sometimes runs late shows up honestly rather than as one blended number.
