Understanding Your Stats

What each number on My Stats means — profile views, content performance, client value, and revenue.

  1. Open Analytics

My Stats is the default view — your profile views, content performance, client insights, and revenue all live here.

  2. Click Analytics, then My Stats

Analytics opens a submenu — My Stats is the first row and the default when you land on the tab.

  3. The six headline numbers

Profile views, content views across boards/blogs/portfolio, total payouts, content-to-booking conversion rate, client retention, and average client lifetime value — the top-of-page snapshot before you dig into any detail tab.

  4. Overview: discovery and traffic sources

How your profile converts views into booking starts, which piece of content is pulling its weight, and where your visitors are coming from — in-app search and discovery usually lead.

  5. Content: beauty boards, blogs, and portfolio

A full breakdown per content type — total views, how many distinct pieces you have, and which ones are getting looked at.

  6. Clients: who is finding you right now

Real-time activity (who is online and what they just viewed), your peak traffic hours, new-vs-repeat mix, and your top clients by lifetime value.

  7. Revenue: payouts and service performance

Your payout breakdown by status, plus a sortable table of bookings and revenue per service — useful for spotting which service to promote next.
