Updating Your Notification and Privacy Settings
Control how Primzy contacts you and what shows on your public profile.

Open your dashboard
Account settings live in your Pro Dashboard, under Settings.

Open Settings, then Preferences
Click Settings in the sidebar — it opens a submenu. Notifications and privacy both live under Preferences, alongside Account, Subscriptions & Stripe, Socials, and Incentives.

Choose how you hear from us
Turn email or SMS notifications off individually — SMS needs a phone number on file, since that’s how the texts reach you.

Fine-tune which emails you get
Below general notifications, this card lets you opt in or out of specific email topics — marketing tips, product updates, and more — one at a time.

Control what shows on your public profile
Turn off Saved Beauty Boards if you’d rather clients not see your inspiration boards, hide your street address if you work from home, or turn off Help Tooltips once you no longer need the guided hints.
