Updating Your Personal Info

Your bio, service area, languages, and password all in one place.

1. Open your dashboard

   Your personal info lives in your Pro Dashboard, under Settings.

2. Open Settings, then Account

   Click Settings in the sidebar — it opens a submenu. Account is the first row, and where you land by default.

3. Click “Update Bio” to expand it

   The bio editor is collapsed by default — click its heading to reveal the textarea.

4. Write it, then click Save Bio

   Up to 2,000 characters — your background, specialties, what makes your work distinct.

5. Update your ZIP, then click Change Location

   This is what clients use to find you by distance.

6. Click “Select languages”

   Opens a searchable picker of every language Primzy supports.

7. Check off every language you speak

   Each one you check adds a removable chip above the picker — this helps clients find a pro who speaks their language.

8. Click “Change Password”

   Reveals the password form below — it reads "Set Password" instead if your account doesn’t have one yet (e.g. you signed up with Google).

9. Fill in the form, then click Update Password

   Current password is required first, then a new password (minimum 8 characters) twice to confirm.
