Completing a Booking with Cash

Mark a booking paid with cash, CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle instead of a card — and close it out in Primzy.

1. Open your dashboard

   Cash completion is available on any active, unpaid booking — manual bookings collect the full amount, while online bookings with a captured deposit only collect what’s left.

2. Go to Calendar

   Calendar is the dashboard’s default tab — your weekly schedule, with every upcoming booking on it.

3. Click the booking

   Click any booking on the grid to open its full details.

4. Click “Complete with Cash”

   The booking’s details open in a dialog, with its action buttons near the bottom. This button only appears while the booking is confirmed or in progress and hasn’t been paid yet.

5. Add a tip, then confirm

   Primzy shows the cash to collect — it has to match the booking total. Add a tip if there was one, and an optional note — then click Complete Booking. The booking is marked paid immediately; no deposit or card is ever charged.
