Offering a Slot to a Waitlisted Client
When a booking opens up, offer the freed-up slot to a client who’s been waiting for it.

Open your dashboard
When a confirmed booking is cancelled and clients are waitlisted for that slot, the Bookings tab shows it as fillable right away.

Open Calendar, then Bookings
Click Calendar in the sidebar — it opens a submenu. Click Bookings in that submenu.

Click a waitlisted slot
A “Booking Waitlists” section appears above your bookings list whenever an open slot has waitlisted clients. Click the slot to see who’s waiting for it.

Click “Request to Fill”
Clients are listed in the order they joined the waitlist. Offering the slot notifies that client immediately — they’ll have a window to accept before you can offer it to the next person in line.
